A Melbourne couple were ecstatic after learning they had won a brand new Honda Civic as the winners of Honda Australia’s Service Your Honda and Win competition.
A Melbourne couple were ecstatic after learning they had won a brand new Honda Civic as the winners of Honda Australia’s Service Your Honda and Win competition.
Ronilo and Mylene Ricafrente, of Caroline Springs, could not believe their luck when they discovered they were the winners of a brand new ‘Red Pack’ Civic Hatch simply by servicing their current Honda at their local Westside Honda dealership, in December.
“I thought someone was pulling my leg and when I realized the phone call was not a hoax I was elated.” Mr Ricafrente said. “I’ve never won a major price in my life – it is amazing.”
The Ricafrente’s have been familiar faces at Westside Honda dealership for the past 10 years. Servicing their two Civic sedans and CR-V regularly.
Dealer Principal at Westside Honda, Mr George Loutakis, said: “On behalf of myself and the entire team at Westside Honda, we are thrilled to deliver the news to Mr. Ricafrente that he is the winner of the bold new Civic.”
“He was in disbelief to receive the news, as you would imagine, but the exciting day came and he took delivery of his new car.”
The Service Your Honda and Win competition saw 1,416 entrants from Westside Honda alone and over 78,000 Australia wide. The competition ran from 1st October to 31st December 2017.
